We have the following shipping methods:


For SPAIN (PENINSULA) AND BALEARIC ISLANDS destinations:


  • Standard (Shipping via courier and delivery in 2 to 4 business days from the preparation of the shipment): The standard shipping cost is € 2.95. Free for orders over € 49.
  • Express (Shipping via courier and delivery in 24 - 48 business hours from the preparation of the shipment): The cost of express shipping is € 5.
  • If the destination is the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the packages are sent by postal package (mail), the cost of shipping is € 10 and the term of receipt will be 7-10 days.
  • Shipments to the Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Ceuta and Melilla can generate customs expenses, which will have to be borne by the recipients. For all these shipments it will be essential to include the DNI or CIF at the time of purchase.

For INTERNATIONAL destinations:


  • Delivery will be delivered within 10 to 15 days.

Deliveries during periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Sales, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and special dates may suffer delays due to increased order volume.


The transport company does not deliver on holidays or weekends.

The accepted payment methods will be:

For NATIONAL destinations:

For INTERNATIONAL destinations:

If for any reason, which is attributable to you, Vidal & Vidal could not meet the delivery date, you will contact the User to inform you of this circumstance and, the latter may choose to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the Order with full refund of the price paid. If it is impossible to deliver the order due to the absence of the User, the order could be returned to the warehouse. However, the carrier would leave a notice explaining where the order is and how to make it be delivered again.


If the User is not going to be at the place of delivery in the agreed time slot, he must contact TRANSPORTER to arrange delivery another day.


In the event that 30 days have elapsed since your order is available for delivery, and has not been delivered for cause not attributable to TRANSPORTER, Vidal & Vidal will understand that the User wishes to withdraw from the contract and it will be deemed resolved. The risks that may arise from the products will be borne by the User from the moment of delivery. The User acquires ownership of the products when Vidal & Vidal receives full payment of all amounts due in relation to the purchase or acquisition made, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, if it takes place in a moment after the full receipt of the amount paid by Vidal & Vidal.


In accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax (VAT), purchase orders for delivery and / or provision will be understood to be located in the Spanish VAT application territory if The delivery address is in Spanish territory except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. In general terms, we consider three causes for the return of orders or products according to current legislation:


  • Right of revocation:

Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, confers on the User the right to revoke the requested order within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the Same with return of the amounts paid by the consumer except for shipping costs that will be deducted from the total to be returned.   • Return for defects caused in transport or shipping errors:

If at the time of delivery it is clearly and visibly appreciated, without the need to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product's own packaging, that a product has caused defects for damage in transport or an error in the merchandise received is appreciated, in the same way, the User must record it on the delivery note and notify Vidal & Vidal (by email: info@vidal-vidal.com) at within 24 hours of receipt of the order to be able to urge the return of the affected product or products and thus the replacement with a new one or the refund of the price paid for it.


  • Return for defective product (Warranty):

All products sold by Vidal & Vidal, have a manufacturing defect warranty period of two years from the date of delivery to be repaired or replaced by an equal one, and 2 months to communicate the lack of conformity under Law 23/2003, of July 10, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods. To exercise it, you must contact the Vidal & Vidal Technical Assistance Department by email: info@vidal-vidal.com.


During the first six months:


It will be presumed that the defect or lack of conformity already existed when the product was delivered (defect of origin or factory of the product).


It will be Vidal & Vidal that must demonstrate that the defect or lack of conformity is not of origin but is due, for example, to misuse or maintenance given by the consumer. During this period, Vidal & Vidal will bear the costs that could be generated to prove that the Product is in conformity and that the lack of conformity did not exist at the time of delivery of the Product.


For this, the client must send an email to info@vidal-vidal.com indicating the order number, a small description of what happened and the image of the damaged product.


Vidal & Vidal will determine if it is within the legal warranty period and if there is a lack of conformity. If it is within the first 15 days we will return the money to the Client if requested.


After six months and up to two years:


If the defect appears after the first 6 months and until the end of the 2 years from the date of delivery of the Product, it is the Customer who must contact Vidal & Vidal to get the lack of conformity of the good repaired, but in this case the presumption that the defect comes from the factory does not exist


Occasionally, the Client will have to demonstrate to Vidal & Vidal through an expert report on the Product the origin of the lack of conformity. In this case, it will be the Client who must face the costs derived from obtaining those reports, budgets or documents issued by experts, technicians, professionals, Technical Assistance Services, as well as the shipping and collection costs of the Product to Vidal & Vidal. In the event that it is demonstrated that the lack of conformity of the Product already existed at the time of delivery, Vidal & Vidal will assume all the expenses that the Client has incurred to demonstrate the existence of the lack of conformity.


For this, the client must send an email to info@vidal-vidal.com indicating the order number, a small description of what happened and the image of the damaged product. If any doubt arises from Vidal & Vidal we can ask you to send the piece to evaluate it.


If it is proved that there is a lack of conformity and as long as the product is within the legal warranty period, the Customer may claim the repair or replacement of the product unless one of these two options is objectively impossible or disproportionate. If the lack of conformity is not proven, it will be communicated to the Client and if the client had sent the piece to Vidal & Vidal, it would be returned, assuming the Client the collection costs.


MPORTANT: The deadlines for receipt of communications for return are exhaustive:


  • 14 business days from receipt for the right of revocation.
  • 2 years from the date of delivery to exercise the warranty for manufacturing defects. The consumer must inform the seller of the defect within two months of becoming aware of it.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

The reimbursement of the amounts received by the User will be made using the same payment method used by the User, as long as the contrary has not been provided.


Vidal & Vidal may retain the refund until the product has been received, reason for withdrawal, or until the User submits proof of return, depending on which condition is met first.

Unless otherwise provided by law, Vidal & Vidal will not accept any responsibility for the following losses, regardless of their origin:


  • Any losses that were not attributable to any breach by you.
  • Business losses (including lost profits, income, contracts, expected savings, data, loss of goodwill or unnecessary expenses incurred).
  • Any other indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time the contract of sale of the products between both parties was formalized.

Likewise, Vidal & Vidal also limits its liability in the following cases:


  • Vidal & Vidal applies all measures concerning providing a faithful visualization of the product on the Website, however it is not responsible for the minimum differences or inaccuracies that may exist due to lack of resolution of the screen, or browser problems used or others of this nature.
  • Vidal & Vidal will act with the utmost diligence in order to make available to the company responsible for transporting the product subject to the purchase order. However, it is not liable for damages arising from a malfunction of transport, especially for causes such as strikes, road retentions, and in general any other characteristic of the sector, resulting in delays, losses or theft of the product.
