1. Acceptance Conditions
A) RETURNS
ONLINE STORE
In general, we consider three reasons for order or product returns under current legislation:
- Right of withdrawal: You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to make the return through your profile in the customer area. If you are outside Spanish territory, please consult our terms.
- Products from the Fine Jewelry line have a 15 calendar day return period from the date of receipt.
- Shipping error or damage during transport: Please inform our customer service as soon as possible and include photos showing the condition of the order.
IMPORTANT: Deadlines for receiving return requests are strict. Returns are not accepted in our stores or at El Corte Inglés centers.
*Return with discounts or promotions applied.In the event of returning one of the products in your order that had a discount applied to it, the amount refunded will be the product price minus the proportional part of the discount applied to the total order.
For example, if you purchase 2 products at €50 each, with a total discount of €5, you will pay €95 for the order.
The refund of one of these products will be €50 - €2.5 (€47.5), i.e., the proportional part of the €5 discount applied to the total order.
If your order includes a promotional gift for exceeding a certain amount or meeting a specific purchase condition, and after requesting the return this condition is no longer met, the promotional gift must be included in the return. Otherwise, its value will be deducted from the refund.
B) EXCHANGES
At the moment, we do not process direct exchanges.
To make an exchange you must first return the product and then purchase the new product through the website.
2. How to Request a Return & Costs
A) MAINLAND SPAIN, BALEARIC ISLANDS (SPAIN) AND PORTUGAL
- Returns in these 3 areas are completely free
- We will arrange a home pickup or a pickup point of your choice.
- Request it automatically in 2 clicks via this link: RETURNS PORTAL .
- You will receive a confirmation email with the return tracking number.
- If you have any questions or issues, contact us by email at info@vidal-vidal.com.
*Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are managed in point B
FINE JEWELRY PRODUCTS
If you purchased a product from the Fine Jewelry line, we will arrange the collection.
- Returns are completely free.
- Please contact us with the pickup address and your order number
- We will handle it with a special transport service.
- In all cases, once you have requested the return from your customer area, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return.
B) RETURN AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE
For the remaining areas/countries we ship to, the return costs are borne by the customer.
Include areas: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (Spain)
- Prepare the parcel as indicated in Point 3.
- Packages sent freight collect or cash on delivery will not be accepted.
- Send the return package to the following address.

3. How to Prepare the Return
- Pack the product carefully, preferably using the same box you received the order in, or a similar-sized box that is well sealed.
- Include all items to be returned with their packaging, product tags, and original packing. Sets/packs must be returned complete. If you received a gift and the return means the promotion requirements are no longer met, you must include it as well.
- Print the shipping confirmation, or if you don’t have a printer, include a note with your order number to help us identify your return more easily.
IMPORTANT: If these requirements are not met and, as a result, items are received in poor condition or the order is incomplete, the refund may be reduced or not processed.
4. Refund
Once the product arrives at our warehouse and we confirm it is in good condition and includes all items, we will proceed to refund the amount via the same original payment method.
We will confirm by email the receipt and the refund.
Please note that the original shipping costs (if you paid them) are not refunded.
V&V Physical Store Terms
These stores are located in: Ciutadella de Menorca, C.C. Westfield Parquesur (Madrid), Calle Fuencarral (Madrid) and at the airports of Mallorca, Barcelona, Madrid and Menorca.

- You must bring the purchase receipt.
- You can return the product at any VIDAL & VIDAL location.
2. Refund
The refund will be made:
- Via the same payment method used by the customer in the initial purchase.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange for another product of equal, lower, or higher value.
If the amount is lower, the difference will be refunded via the same original payment method.
