Do you have physical stores?
Yes, we have several physical stores throughout Spain, but it is not possible to return or send web products to them.

OWN STORES
We have our own store in Ciutadella de Menorca and at the Parquesur Shopping Center in Madrid.
We are present at the following airports:

We are present in over 70 El Corte Inglés locations. Please note that pricing, purchase, and return policies differ from those of our online store and standalone locations.

What materials does VIDAL & VIDAL use?
When it comes to precious metals, we work with solid 18kt gold and diamonds in our Fine Jewelry line. We also have pieces in Sterling Silver with different finishes such as 18kt Gold Plating, Platinum, or Rhodium. We also create pieces in metal with various finishes: Sterling Silver Plating, 18kt Gold Plating, or Rhodium.
Some designs may include cubic zirconia; in these cases, we always use high-quality stones, reaching up to the 3N standard in the Signature Collection (to the human eye, this quality appears identical to a diamond).
We use gemstones and semi-precious stones with high quality standards, respecting their natural color variations according to the stone’s grain.
We use cultured pearls in most designs featuring pearls, as well as other materials such as mother-of-pearl, acrylic tortoiseshell, or colored enamel in select collections. -
Are the pieces made in Spain?
Yes, our jewelry is entirely designed, plated, and produced in our workshop on the island of Menorca, Spain.

Is it safe to shop online?
Of course. Visa and MasterCard have developed a system to securely process online payments. The Secure E-Commerce system is based on the card issuer (bank or savings bank) identifying the cardholder before authorizing payment online.
VIDAL & VIDAL adheres to this security protocol, so once you have selected your products and entered your payment information, a window will open connecting you to your bank, where you will be asked to verify your identity.
Your card details and password are protected by this security system (through an SSL protocol with https connection) from the moment you enter them and are never sent to our company.
Once the bank identification is complete, https://www.vidal-vidal.com/ will be notified that the cardholder is making the purchase, so the transaction can be completed. If identification is unsuccessful, the bank will notify https://www.vidal-vidal.com/ and the process will be canceled without any charge to your card.

Do I need to create an account to purchase?
It’s not necessary since your order will be linked to the email address you use for the purchase.
You will always be able to access your customer area with that email address, but a single-use code will be sent to access.There’s no need to create a password or register to access.

Can I finance my purchase?
Yes. You can now pay in 3 interest-free installments with seQura in our store. Choose seQura at checkout, enter just 5 details—no payslips or documents required—and enjoy.
Additionally, seQura offers financing over 6 or 12 months with interest, which you can review during checkout.

How should I care for my VIDAL & VIDAL jewelry?
Whether you have a silver or gold-plated piece, with pearls, stones, or set zircons, proper care will keep your jewelry looking shiny and in great condition.
Our jewelry undergoes an anti-tarnish treatment to prevent it from darkening easily. However, if you shower, bathe, or swim with your jewelry, we recommend drying it before storing, as well as keeping it in jewelry boxes lined with fabric or boxes with a cotton base. This will help avoid contact with moisture, which is the main reason for tarnishing.
Avoid storing pieces together to prevent scratching. You can clean your jewelry with a flannel cloth and a bit of mild soap, always avoiding bleach or harsh chemicals. For gold-plated jewelry, a mixture of water and hand soap will help restore its shine. Soak the pieces in this mixture for half an hour.
If your piece has pearls, avoid contact with salt or chlorine, as well as irritants such as cosmetics, sweat, perfumes, or hairspray. Purified water is the best option if you want to clean them.

Are the jewels hypoallergenic?
We guarantee that our products are hypoallergenic and contain no Nickel.

How do I choose my ring size?
On the product page you’ll find the “Size Guide” link. Measure the diameter of a ring that fits you well, enter the measurement, and the system will tell you which ring size to choose. If you don’t have a ring, we’ll also explain how to do it. It’s very easy!

Are out-of-stock products restocked?
Usually, the product that is active on the website, even if out of stock, will be restocked.
We cannot provide an exact date because, as it needs to be manufactured, the time may vary.
That’s why we recommend you enter your email on the product page when it’s unavailable, and we’ll notify you if the item becomes available again.

Are the pieces finished by hand?
Yes, it’s true! All our pieces were finished by expert hands and subjected to the strictest quality controls in our Menorca workshop.

We ship to national and international destinations from our warehouse in Menorca.
Shipping is free within mainland Spain (Spain and Portugal) and the Balearic Islands on orders over €49.
For other areas and countries, we offer standard shipping at more affordable rates, and express shipping for faster delivery, depending on your needs.

How can I track my shipment?

Do you offer pick-up points?
Yes. For shipments to Spain and Portugal, we offer more than 10,000 convenience points where you can request delivery.
Choose your nearest convenience center at checkout and you’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will ship the next business day after purchase, from our warehouse in Menorca.
Shipping times are calculated from the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
At that time, we will notify you by email with your tracking number information.
Please note that during sale periods and special dates (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Sales, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day), delivery or preparation times may be slightly longer.
We appreciate your understanding.

Can I cancel my order?
Only orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled.
If this is your case, contact us via chat or email at info@vidal-vidal.com with the subject: "CANCEL" and your order number.
We cannot guarantee that your order won’t leave our warehouse if customer service doesn’t have enough time to process the request with the warehouse.
If your order has already been shipped before we confirm the cancellation, the next step will be to return the order once you receive it.

Please note that shipping costs, if the order has already been shipped, are non-refundable.

Can I pick it up at a physical store?
No. Orders from the VIDAL & VIDAL online store cannot be shipped to any of our physical stores, whether they are our own or inside El Corte Inglés centers.
For Spain, we offer 10,000+ pickup points where you can have your order delivered, so you don’t have to wait at home for it to arrive. -
What if I receive my order in poor condition?
If you have any issues with delivery or your package arrives damaged, please contact us directly via chat or at info@vidal-vidal.com
Send us images so we can start a claim with the shipping service.

¿Cómo realizar una devolución?
1) Comprueba que tu artículo es apto
- Producto sin usar, en perfecto estado y con su packaging original (incluye estuches, accesorios y regalos promocionales).
- Incluye dentro del paquete el n.º de pedido y tus datos de contacto.
- Fine Jewelry (Alta Joyería): se gestiona directamente con nuestro equipo de Atención al Cliente.
2) Elige tu caso
A) Península, Baleares y Portugal (devolución gratuita)
- Entra en el Portal de Devoluciones.
- Introduce tu n.º de pedido (aparece en el email de confirmación) y tu código postal de envío.
- Selecciona el método:
- Entrega en punto de conveniencia: No necesitas imprimir. Recibirás un código QR para presentar en el punto elegido.
También recibirás por email una etiqueta; si puedes, pégala en la caja. - Recogida a domicilio: Podemos recoger en tu dirección u otra.
La etiqueta no es obligatoria, pero recomendamos imprimirla y pegarla para evitar incidencias.
Cierra bien el paquete y entrégalo según el método elegido.
B) Islas Canarias u otros países
- La devolución corre a cargo del cliente.
- Prepara el paquete como en el punto 1.

Are there return costs?

Returns are completely free. (including Portugal) and the Balearic Islands.

It is the customer’s responsibility to send the product to our warehouse for returns.

Can I return items at a physical store?
ONLINE STORE PURCHASES
Products purchased through the online store cannot be picked up at any of our physical stores.

If you made your purchase at an El Corte Inglés location, you can return it at any other El Corte Inglés location.
If the purchase was made at a VIDAL & VIDAL store, it must be returned at the same store where it was purchased.
In both cases, you will be asked for your purchase receipt.

Until when can I request a return?
ONLINE STORE
- For online orders, you have 30 days to request a return, starting from the moment you receive your order.
- Fine Jewelry items have 15 days to request a return.
PHYSICAL STORES
- You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, always with the purchase receipt.
- Online products cannot be returned in physical stores, and vice versa.
El Corte Inglés Shopping Center
- You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, always with the purchase receipt.
- You can return your order at any El Corte Inglés Shopping Center that has a V&V store.

What if the product is defective?
All products sold by VIDAL & VIDAL come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, in accordance with Law 23/2003, of July 10, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods.
