We ship all our orders from our workshop in Menorca to Spain and many international destinations. Here you will find clear information, with no hidden details, and everything you need to know before placing your order.

ORDER PREPARATION
Each piece is carefully checked, prepared and packed with care in our workshop in Menorca.
- Preparation time: 24 business hours.
- Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be prepared on the next business day.
- The shipping time starts from the moment the order leaves our workshop. Shipping times are counted in business days.
As we ship from an island, transit times may be slightly longer than purely mainland shipments, but we work with carriers that allow us to offer fast and secure deliveries.
TRACKING AND CHANGES
- You will receive your tracking number by email when the carrier collects your order, both from our side and from the carrier.
- You can check the status of your shipment at any time. Track my order
- If you need to change the delivery address or pickup point, you can manage it directly from the link you will receive in the carrier’s email.
- The carrier will confirm the estimated delivery date by email.
- Web orders cannot be delivered to physical stores, El Corte Inglés centres or other distributor locations.

*Shipments of High Jewellery products are handled by air, with insured, free and express shipping. You must include your ID number when placing your order for delivery.

In some cases, customs procedures may apply according to current regulations. If any additional amount is generated, the carrier will inform you before delivery so that you can manage it normally.

Since Brexit, shipments are subject to customs processing according to current regulations. Taxes and duties may be requested in order to import the parcel into the United Kingdom.
