We ship all our orders from our warehouse in Menorca to Spain and numerous international destinations. Here you will find clear information, with no fine print, and everything you need to know before purchasing.

ORDER PREPARATION
Each piece is carefully inspected, prepared, and packaged in our warehouse in Menorca.
- Preparation time: 24 business hours.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared on the next business day.
- The shipping timeframe begins once the order leaves our workshop.
As we ship from an island, transit times may be slightly longer than purely mainland shipments, but we work with trusted carriers to ensure fast and secure deliveries.
TRACKING AND MODIFICATIONS
- You will receive your tracking number by email once the carrier collects your order.
- You can check the status of your shipment at any time. Track my order
- If you need to modify the delivery address or choose a pickup point, you can manage it directly through the link provided in the carrier’s email.

If you prefer not to wait at home, you can choose from over 10,000 pickup points. Collect your order whenever it suits you best, with complete flexibility and without depending on delivery schedules.
*Shipments of High Jewelry products are handled by air, with insured, free, and express shipping. You must include your ID number when placing the order for delivery purposes.
