Promotion terms “BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT"

In our centers, we offer the possibility to join our Club, where we ask for your date of birth. You can do it from this link.

On your birthday, you will receive a unique discount coupon that you can redeem on our website.

Discount conditions:

• The 15% discount is only applicable on our website.
• It does not apply to products that are already on sale or promotional discounts.
• It cannot be combined with other discounts.

 

Terms of the "Free Gifts with Your Order" Promotion

During certain campaigns, VIDAL & VIDAL may include free promotional products (such as a travel jewelry case) with purchases that exceed a specified minimum amount.

• The promotion will only be valid during the indicated period and for orders that meet the specified conditions (for example, an order equal to or greater than €89).
• The promotional gift is subject to availability. If the available units run out, the promotion will no longer apply without prior notice.
• In the event of a full or partial return of the order that results in not meeting the minimum required amount, the promotional product must also be returned in perfect condition.
• If the gift is not returned or arrives in poor condition, its value may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
