VIDAL & YOU is our loyalty program, created to reward every choice you make and offer benefits that evolve with you. Joining is free: simply sign up and create an account on our online store. If you already have an account, there is nothing else you need to do — you will be automatically enrolled.

As a member, you can earn points through your purchases and other program activities, redeem them for rewards, and move through different membership levels based on the total amount spent on online purchases during the last 12 months.

You can earn points through purchases made on our online store and by completing other activities available through VIDAL & YOU.

These activities may change over time and may include special initiatives related to the program. In your personal account area, you can check which activities are currently available, the conditions that apply to each one, and how many points you will earn for completing them.

The number of points you earn with each purchase depends on your VIDAL & YOU membership level:

• Origin: 5 points for every €1 spent.
• Silver: 7 points for every €1 spent.
• Gold: 9 points for every €1 spent.
• Diamond: 10 points for every €1 spent.

Points have the same value across all membership levels: 250 points can be redeemed for €1 off. As you move up through the levels, you will earn points faster with every purchase.

Once you have earned enough points, you can redeem them for a reward or discount through VIDAL & YOU.

When you redeem a reward, you will find all the information you need to use it on a future online purchase. You will also be able to check its value, terms of use and expiry date.

No. VIDAL & YOU rewards cannot be used on products that are already on sale or have a discount applied, and they cannot be combined with other discount vouchers or promotional codes.

Compatibility and conditions of use will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Yes. Points earned through VIDAL & YOU are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Each points balance retains its own expiry date, so making a new purchase does not extend the validity of previously earned points.

Rewards and benefits associated with each membership level may have their own specific terms and validity periods. You can check their expiry dates and conditions in your personal account area.

Your VIDAL & YOU membership level is calculated automatically based on the total amount spent on online purchases during the last 12 months:

Origin: up to €100.
Silver: from €101 to €250.
Gold: from €251 to €400.
Diamond: over €400.

You will move up a level as soon as you reach the corresponding spending threshold, without having to progress through each level consecutively. To maintain your level, you must continue to meet the minimum spending requirement within the rolling 12-month period.

As this calculation is updated continuously, your level may also move down when a purchase is no longer counted because more than 12 months have passed. Redeeming your points for rewards does not affect your membership level.

If you return a purchase, the points earned from the returned products will be credited back to your account. If you cancel an order, the points associated with that purchase will also be cancelled.

A return or cancellation may affect your membership level if your total eligible spend during the last 12 months falls below the minimum amount required.

You can view all your VIDAL & YOU information by logging into your account and accessing your personal account area.

There you will find your points balance, available rewards, the benefits associated with your level, your activity history and your progress towards the next level. You will also be able to check the status of your points and their expiry dates.

Some points may take time to appear while the purchase or activity is being validated. First, check your VIDAL & YOU personal account area to see whether they appear as pending in your activity history.

If the points still do not appear once the validation period has passed, please contact our customer service team so we can review your case.
