We certify that the gold used in the VIDAL & VIDAL Fine Jewelry line is 18KT recycled gold, meeting the Chain Of Custody (CoC) standards set by the Responsible Jewelry Council (RJC).

The lab-grown diamonds we use have the same physical, optical, and chemical properties as a natural diamond, but are not mined.

We certify that our diamonds are E-VVS2 quality.

To ensure the secure delivery of your Fine Jewelry purchase, you will be asked for your ID during the checkout process.

We can only deliver the order to the person listed at the shipping address, with their full name and ID.

Be sure to enter this information correctly when placing your order.

All Fine Jewelry shipments are insured and include tracking.

We currently offer 3-month interest-free financing for Fine Jewelry products.

Pay the first installment at checkout, and the remaining payments in the following months.

You can also finance over 6 or 12 months with interest.

Our Atelier line ships express (24 hours) and insured from our workshop in Menorca. Shipping is completely free.
Shipping time is counted once your order status changes to Shipped.

Unfortunately, Fine Jewelry products can only be shipped to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
