We certify that the gold used in the VIDAL & VIDAL Fine Jewelry collection is 18KT recycled gold, in compliance with the Chain of Custody (CoC) standards set by the Responsible Jewelry Council (RJC).

The lab-grown diamonds we use possess the same physical, optical, and chemical qualities as natural diamonds, but they are not sourced through mining. We certify that our diamonds are of E-VVS2 quality.

To ensure the secure delivery of your Fine Jewelry purchase, you will be asked to provide your national ID (DNI) during the checkout process.

We can only deliver the order to the person specified for the shipping address, using their full name and national ID.

Please ensure that this information is entered correctly when placing your order. All Fine Jewelry shipments are fully insured and include shipment tracking.

We currently offer 3-month interest-free financing for Fine Jewelry products.

You pay the first installment at the time of purchase, and the remaining installments over the following months.

You can also opt for 6- or 12-month financing, which includes interest.

Our Atelier line is shipped via 24-hour express, insured service from our workshop in Menorca. Shipping is completely free of charge.

The shipping timeframe begins once your order status changes to "Shipped."

Please note that Fine Jewelry items can only be shipped to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
