A) RETURNS
ONLINE STORE

In general terms, we contemplate three causes for the return of orders or products according to current legislation:


  • Right of withdrawal: You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to make the return through your profile in the customer area. In case you are outside Spanish territory, consult our terms.
  • Error in shipping or defect during transport: Informing as soon as possible to our customer service department including photographs of the order state.

IMPORTANT: The deadlines for receiving return communications are strict. Returns are not accepted in our stores or El Corte Inglés centers.

In the case of returning one of the products in your order, with a discount associated with it, the amount of the product will be refunded with the proportional part of the discount that has been applied to the total order.

For example, if you purchase 2 products at €50 each, with a total discount of €5, you will pay a total of €45 for the order.
The refund of one of these products will involve a partial refund of €50 - €2.5, that is, the proportional part of the €5 discount associated with the total of the order.

B) EXCHANGES

Currently we do not perform direct exchanges. 

To make an exchange, you must proceed with the return of the product and the purchase of the new product through the website.

You can request it by email to info@vidal-vidal.com or automatically from your Client Area, My Orders, View Detail, once its status is indicated as Delivered. 


MANAGE RETURN


If you purchased as a GUEST, you will not have access as a client. You just need to contact us before to request the activation of the client account and be able to proceed with the return automatically.


In both cases when you have requested the return from your client area, you will receive an email accepting the return.

  • Package the product well, preferably use the same box with which you received the order or a similarly sized box well sealed.
  • Introduce all the elements to be returned with their packaging, product labels, and original packaging. Sets/packs must be returned complete. If you have received a gift and the return entails non-compliance with the promotion requirements, you must also include it.
  • Print the shipping confirmation, or if you do not have a printer, introduce a paper with your order number to help us identify your return more easily.


IMPORTANT: If these requirements are not met and due to this the pieces are received in poor condition or the order is incomplete, the refund amount will be deducted or not proceeded with.

A) NATIONAL ORDERS (PENINSULAR SPAIN)
  • We take care of the collection, at no cost to you, once we confirm by email that the request has been accepted.
  • The collection will be at the same address as the initial shipment.
  • You will receive an email from the carrier within approximately 24 hours informing you of the collection date and address (the same as in the initial shipment).
  • If you want to make a change of address or date you can manage it directly with the carrier from the carrier's own email.

*Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla have the same return conditions as international orders.



B) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
  • As we inform on the website, returns from international shipments are at the customer's expense, shipments due or COD will not be accepted.
  • Follow the steps in POINT 3 to prepare the order

When the product arrives at our warehouse and we confirm that the product is in good condition and with all its elements, we will proceed with the refund through the same initial payment method.


We will confirm by email the reception and refund of the amount.


Keep in mind that the shipping costs of the initial shipment (if you paid them) are not refunded with the return.



Physical Stores Terms & Conditions V&V

These are stores located in: Ciudadela de Menorca and at the Airports of Alicante, Barcelona, Málaga, and Menorca.

  • Right of withdrawal: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • It must be requested at the same V&V store where it was purchased.
  • It is essential to bring the purchase receipt with you.

The refund will be made:

  • Through the same payment method used by the customer in the initial purchase.


EXCHANGES

Changes for another product of equal, lesser, or greater value can be made.

In case the amount is less, the difference will be refunded through the same initial payment method.


El Corte Inglés C.C. Stores Terms & Conditions

Check their location here: Physical stores.

  • Right of withdrawal: You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • You can return the product at any El Corte Inglés C.C. that has a V&V store.
  • It is essential to bring the purchase receipt with you.

The refund will be made:

  • Through the same payment method used by the customer.


EXCHANGES

Changes for another product of equal, lesser, or greater value can be made.

In case the amount is less, the difference will be refunded through the same initial payment method.
