Cancellation of an order

The customer has 14 calendar days to return their purchase.

To cancel an order that has not yet been sent you must send an email to the address shop@vidal-vidal.com with your request, indicating the order number you wish to cancel.

If you decide to revoke your order, keep in mind that since its formalization through our website it is ready for shipment within 24 hours whenever there is available merchandise.

Therefore, in order not to incur shipping and transfer costs, which you should take care of, you must contact the company within 24 hours after placing the order.

In the event that the merchandise requested by you was not available within 30 days from the date of formalization of your purchase order, Vidal & Vidal will contact you immediately. And we will inform you immediately about the matter and we will proceed to make the immediate reimbursement of the amounts by you paid for payment of the merchandise.

Exchanges

Currently we do not make changes, the only way is to make a return and a new order with the correct size or new product.

Returns and guarantee

Returns for orders made with destination / collection inSpain must be made through our website, accessing the client area with the same username and password with which the purchase was made. When accessing the order, you must go to "Request a return" and select the products and units to be returned, you can add a reason if you consider it necessary

Once you receive the Approved return email, you must follow these steps:

  • Pack the product well, preferably use the same box that you received the order, if you don't have it, don't worry, you can use another type of packaging.

  • Enter all the items to be returned with their original packaging and packaging. Sets / packs must be returned complete. If you have received a gift and the return involves the breach of the promotion requirements, you must include it as well. In case of not returning the product in the same conditions, it will resort to a depreciation of the product.

  • Print the return confirmation, if you don't have a printer, insert a piece of paper with the order number to be able to easily identify the order.

  • You will receive an email from Seur informing you of the collection date and address. If you want to make a change of address or date, you can manage it directly with them.

    Remind you that product returns cannot be made at our physical points of sale.

In general terms, we consider three causes for the return of orders or products according to current legislation:

1. Right of revocation: Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, confers on the User the right to revoke the requested order within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the Same with return of the amounts paid by the consumer except for shipping costs that will be deducted from the total to be returned. To carry out this right, it must be done through our website, accessing the customer area you must select the products you wish to return. 2. Return for defects caused in transport or shipping errors: If at the time of delivery it is clearly and visibly appreciated, without the need to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product's own packaging, that a product has caused defects for damage in transport or an error in the merchandise received is appreciated, in the same way, the User must record it on the delivery note and notify Vidal & Vidal (by email: info@vidal-vidal.com) at within 24 hours of receipt of the order to be able to urge the return of the affected product or products and thus the replacement with a new one or the refund of the price paid for it.

3.Return for defective product (Warranty): All products sold by Vidal & Vidal, have a manufacturing defect warranty period of two years from the date of delivery to be repaired or replaced by an equal one, and 2 months to communicate the lack of conformity under Law 23/2003, of July 10, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods. To exercise it, you must contact the Vidal & Vidal Technical Assistance Department by email: info@vidal-vidal.com.

  • During the first six months:

    It will be presumed that the defect or lack of conformity already existed when the product was delivered (defect of origin or factory of the product).

    It will be Vidal & Vidal that must demonstrate that the defect or lack of conformity is not of origin but is due, for example, to misuse or maintenance given by the consumer. During this period, Vidal & Vidal will bear the costs that could be generated to prove that the Product is in conformity and that the lack of conformity did not exist at the time of delivery of the Product.

    For this, the client must send an email to info@vidal-vidal.com indicating the order number, a small description of what happened and the image of the damaged product.

    Vidal & Vidal will determine if it is within the legal warranty period and if there is a lack of conformity. If it is within the first 15 days we will return the money to the Client if requested.

  • After six months and up to two years:

    If the defect appears after the first 6 months and until the end of the 2 years from the date of delivery of the Product, it is the Customer who must contact Vidal & Vidal to get the lack of conformity of the good repaired, but in this case the presumption that the defect comes from the factory does not exist

    Occasionally, the Client will have to demonstrate to Vidal & Vidal through an expert report on the Product the origin of the lack of conformity. In this case, it will be the Client who must face the costs derived from obtaining those reports, budgets or documents issued by experts, technicians, professionals, Technical Assistance Services, as well as the shipping and collection costs of the Product to Vidal & Vidal. In the event that it is demonstrated that the lack of conformity of the Product already existed at the time of delivery, Vidal & Vidal will assume all the expenses that the Client has incurred to demonstrate the existence of the lack of conformity.

    For this, the client must send an email to info@vidal-vidal.com indicating the order number, a small description of what happened and the image of the damaged product. If any doubt arises from Vidal & Vidal we can ask you to send the piece to evaluate it.

    If it is proved that there is a lack of conformity and as long as the product is within the legal warranty period, the Customer may claim the repair or replacement of the product unless one of these two options is objectively impossible or disproportionate. If the lack of conformity is not proven, it will be communicated to the Client and if the client had sent the piece to Vidal & Vidal, it would be returned, assuming the Client the collection costs.

IMPORTANT: The deadlines for receipt of communications for return are exhaustive:

  • 14 business days from receipt for the right of revocation.

  • 2 years from the date of delivery to exercise the warranty for manufacturing defects. The consumer must inform the seller of the defect within two months of becoming aware of it.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns will be borne by the customer, postage due or cash on delivery will not be accepted, and shipping or return costs will not be paid. To do this, pack your items safely, in the original package if possible and send it to the following address:
